What is OneFitPlus.Live?
OneFitPlus.Live is our latest offering towards transforming your fitness routine at home, through LIVE sessions led by master athletes specializing in cardio-equipment based fitness formats. It consists of premium fitness content streaming LIVE from our studios, designed for time bound and goal-oriented results. It provides you an opportunity to ‘train with the trainers’ while being at home and gives that connected, interactive and an engaging experience.
2. Are the LIVE sessions available to all RPM Fitness, Fitkit & OneFitPlus customers?
OneFitPlus.LIVE sessions are available to all customers that have bought compatible treadmills and spin bikes. Please check OneFitPlus.LIVE eligibility mentioned under equipment specifications on sales platforms/ website (www.onefitplus.com)
3. How do I attend LIVE sessions?
LIVE sessions are available everyday in the morning and evenings slots all through the week. You can view the schedule on the home page (on top of the Live sessions card) or by selecting the ‘Live Sessions’ option from the Menu of the OneFitPlus App. You can then attend a session by clicking on the ‘Watch’ button - it will prompt you to connect your Bike or Tread (if it is not connected already).
4. What devices are required to access OneFitPlus.Live sessions?
You can watch the LIVE sessions on your mobile devices through the OneFitPlus App. Any device which has more than 2.5 GB of RAM and a good internet connection (a minimum of 2Mbps connection) is good enough to stream live sessions. For best experience, use bluetooth headphones/ speakers, so you can listen to the trainer clearly. We strongly recommend casting it on your TV to replicate the experience of being engulfed by sound/ visuals that you get when you are physically in a gym/ studio.
5. Can I cast the LIVE session onto my TV?
Yes, you can cast it to your smart TV using Chromecast or using similar apps. Infact, we strongly recommend casting it on a big screen for wholesome experience.
6. What exercise formats are covered in OneFitPlus.Live?
Currently, we are offering Treadmill and Spin Bike based cardio sessions with language options in English and Hindi. We will continue adding more sessions around cardio equipment and other fitness formats gradually.
7. Where do I view the schedule for the upcoming LIVE sessions?
You can view the schedule on the home page (on top of the Live sessions card) or by selecting the ‘Live Sessions’ option from the hamburger menu of the OneFitPlus App.
8. How is OneFitPlus.Live different than the other fitness apps/ platforms?
OneFitPlus.Live is different in the way customers experience fitness sessions from their home. Every morning and evening, you can catch our expert trainers ‘Live’ and exercise with them with some great music. We have also connected them to you so that they know you are working with them and they will be able to communicate with you. OneFitPlus.Live turns the boring, individualistic concept of home-based fitness training into an interactive, engaging and connected experience that you get in a gym/ studio.
9. Do I need to buy any subscription for attending LIVE sessions?
No, you don’t need any subscription for attending LIVE sessions. This service is complimentary for customers who have bought eligible RPM Fitness/ Fitkit/ OneFitPlus treadmills and spin bikes.
10. Are LIVE sessions safe for beginners like me?
LIVE sessions are tagged based on the levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can choose a session based on your comfort level. In case you are suffering from any medical condition, please consult an expert before attending LIVE sessions.
11. How do I interpret the metrics shown on the screen during LIVE sessions?
During the LIVE sessions, you will be able to track your key metrics related to the ongoing session in real time. Following metrics will be displayed:
a. Distance – distance covered (on treadmill/ spin bike) in the session up to that point
b. Time – time spent in the session up to that point
c. Speed – speed at that instant in time
d. Calories – calories burnt in the session up to that point
e. HealthCoins – health coins accrued up to that point
12. I’m new to the RPM Fitness/ OneFitPlus/ Fitkit ecosystem – how do I attend LIVE sessions?
Firstly, welcome to the OneFitPlus family! In order to attend the LIVE sessions, you should possess an eligible RPM Fitness/ Fitkit/ OneFitPlus treadmill or a spin bike. These sessions are available only on our App, which can be setup in 3 easy steps – 1. Download the OneFitPlus App, 2. Create your account, and 3. Connect the smart equipment with the App and you are all set to attend LIVE sessions.
13. How does OneFitPlus.Live help me in achieving my fitness goal like weight loss?
OneFitPlus.Live program is designed to help our customers achieve their fitness goals while making exercise engaging and fun. More often than not, it is the lack of motivation and individualistic nature of home workouts that acts as the weakest link in achieving fitness goals. While the connected and interactive nature of our LIVE sessions address that, we also lay equal emphasis on the science behind achieving fitness goals for a group as a whole. Our sessions take into account the progressive nature of intensity level that is required to achieve fitness goals, while guiding the customers to choose from the various options available which works best for them.
14. My LIVE session is not loading – what is the issue?
Please check if your internet is working. If working, close the app and launch it again. If you still face issues, please reach out to us via the support option in the app or call customer care.
15. How is my LIVE session data captured?
If you are connected to the equipment, your session data will be captured in the OneFitPlus App as it normally does. Your session data is captured for the entire duration for which the equipment is connected irrespective of whether you disconnect from OneFitPlus.Live session before the LIVE sessions ends or if you choose to continue beyond the LIVE session.

Fitwarz combines the fun and experience of video games with the intensity of serious work out, helping you achieve your fitness goals. All you need is to pair a Fitwarz supported Treadmill or Spin Bike to our app and get started today. Please check eligible devices from RPM Fitness, OneFitPlus and Fitkit.
2. What are the features of the Fitwarz Game?
Fitwarz is an AI powered workout simulation application based on cross country running and cycling. Users can choose to run or cycle in 7 different virtual tracks, which include tracks going through underwater glass tunnels, live volcanoes, snowy mountains, scenic grasslands, and old country towns. Track lengths range from approximately 5 kms to 14 kms. Users can set targets based on Exercise Time, Calories to be burnt, Distance or Number of Laps. Users can check their performance and ranking on the leaderboard. The User can save the latest workout data on the main screen. More updates of the game to follow in the upcoming versions.
3. Fitwarz is not getting downloaded on my device, it’s showing the device isn’t compatible?
Fitwarz is compatible on Android version 8 and above. Please update the android version if it is before version 8. Fitwarz is compatible with all latest IOS devices.
4.How to connect my Treadmill / Spin Bike with Fitwarz?
Check if the Bluetooth and device location is turned on for your device before connecting the treadmill. Try to connect the App by reinstalling or downloading the current update from Google Play store or Apple Store. Also try with a different Handset to check if there is a Bluetooth connectivity issue depending on the mobile device.
5. Do I get HealthCoins with Fitwarz?
Yes users will accrue HealthCoins when they workout on Bike or Tread using Fitwarz.

9. It is asking me to provide a coupon code to play Fitwarz. What should I do?
The coupon code is automatically assigned to all new OneFitPlus customers. But if you are still asked to provide a coupon code, you can reach out to our customer care at 1800-572-6402 or 1800-572-6303 (10 AM to 7 PM IST). Our customer care executives will happily resolve that for you.
10. Do I need an active internet connection to play Fitwarz?
Yes, you will need an active internet connection to play Fitwarz. You can use WiFi or 4G internet connection.
1. What is HealthCoins®?
Through HealthCoins® program launched on OneFitPlus App, customers get paid to exercise on our smart cardio fitness machines (RPM Fitness, FITKIT, OneFitPlus) across Tread and Bike categories. OneFitPlus App converts the steps and rides into a new digital currency called "HealthCoins". Customers can spend HealthCoins® earned on products, services and experiences offered by OneFitPlus and our vendor partners.
2. Why was this program launched?
OneFitPlus goal is to develop engaging products for our customers, so that when they get on their treadmill or indoor bike, they forget the “Effort” that goes into the “Exercise” and enjoy it like a sport. HealthCoins® rewards Exercise and gives customers another reason to complete the exercise they want but do not do.
3. How can customers earn HealthCoins®?
Customers can earn HealthCoins by achieving milestones while exercising on our cardio machines. Each time customers cover a distance of 1 km while walking or running on the Treadmill, they earn 1 HealthCoins. Similarly, when they complete 4 km on the Exercise Cycle or Spin Bike, they earn 1 HealthCoins. Customers have to connect the machine with the OneFitPlus App and once they finish the workout from the app, the distance they have travelled will be synced in the app and an applicable number of coins will be credited to their account. Coins are valid for 1 year from date of accrual.
4. How can customers redeem HealthCoins®?
We run multiple offers for redemption of HealthCoins. Some offers (called Deals) are valid for a limited time period; and they can be redeemed for coins between a minimum and maximum value. Other offers (called Products) are those which can be redeemed anytime for a fixed value. Offers which are available for redemption, will be enabled on customers screen from where they can raise a request to redeem. For the launch, we have provided a launch offer to the customers to get a Rs 600 Flipkart Gift card voucher when they accrue 600 HealthCoins on the App.
5. Which machines are eligible for HealthCoins®?
Specific high-performance machines from RPM Fitness, FITKIT and OneFitPlus have the HealthCoins eligibility. When customers browse the online catalog on Flipkart or Amazon, they will be able to identify the eligible machines via the ”Earn HealthCoins®” callouts.
6. Which customers are eligible for HealthCoins®?
All new customers who purchase the eligible machines will get enrolled for the HealthCoins program. Customers who have bought eligible machines 6 months back (ie. all customers who have been given access to Fitwarz) have been enrolled for the HealthCoins program. They have been enrolled and will start accruing coins effective 5th Jan 2021, the date on which the HealthCoins® program was launched. We might launch specific offers such as “Summer Offer: Rs 300 Gift Card for 100 HealthCoins” that may be limited to customers buying their eligible HealthCoins machine in a specific time period.
7. What is the new experience?
OneFitPlus App customers can see a Coins tab which shows an account statement with coins credits (based on their recorded workouts) & coin debits (offers redeemed), FAQs and Offers.
1. My smart scale shows the same weight even after some weeks of following my health plan. Why?
Body weight has 2 components-Lean body weight and Fat weight. Lean body weight is the weight of bones and muscles. Fat takes up more than four times as much space as lean muscle mass. So, when you lose fat and gain lean muscle, your weighing machine might show the same weight. But your inches will vanish as fat takes up much more space. Checking your fat percentage frequently is more important than just checking the weight.
2. Why should we focus on building muscle mass?
Muscle mass is the lean muscle mass in your body. Half a kilo of muscle naturally burns approximately 6 calories a day (whereas half a kilo of fat tissue burns only 2 calories a day). Therefore, the leaner muscles you build, the more calories your body will naturally burn each day even at rest. Proper exercise and diet will help you in building up lean muscle mass.
3. What is body age and how to decrease it?
Body age is a measurement of how old you are biologically based on your health and fitness level as opposed to what your actual age is. Simply said, it is how time and your lifestyle have affected your organs and cells. Body age is calculated from your resting metabolism. Resting metabolism is calculated by combining your weight, body fat percentage and lean muscle percentage. We lose muscle tissue and gain more fat as we age. Body age can be decreased by losing fat and gaining muscle. Factors of biological aging include changes in the physical structure of the body as well as changes in the sensory awareness. It is important to know your biological age. If you know where the problems exist, you can initiate the lifestyle modifications necessary to improve your health and increase your vitality. Body age can be decreased by making some lifestyle changes like healthy diet and regular exercise.
4. What is subcutaneous fat and visceral fat?
Subcutaneous fat is the fat or adipose tissue lying under the skin layers. It acts like a cushion and protects our skin against trauma and also acts as a source of energy. Fat accumulated in the lower body is subcutaneous. Visceral or Abdominal fat is the fat that is located around the vital organs. This fat acts like a cushion for the internal organs and protects them against any shocks, injuries, trauma etc. Fat in the abdominal area is mostly visceral and increases the risk of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and heart diseases. Visceral fat can be reduced with diet and exercise. Research has shown that excess abdominal fat disturbs the normal balance and functioning of hormones in the body. Compared to subcutaneous fat, visceral fat is more harmful.
5. Can I really stick to this plan even with my busy schedule?
In today’s world, most of us are busy. Let that not be a reason for not living a healthy lifestyle. Our program is very flexible and most of our clients are professionals who follow the program quite easily. In fact, by following our plan, you will feel more energetic and your productivity will increase. Please talk to your Health Coach if you have any issues following the plan.
6. Drinking water helps lose weight?
Drinking water can fill up your appetite and stop you from eating junk.
7. Do I need to restrict Non-veg to lose weight?
No, we do not suggest restricting non-veg. A non-vegetarian diet has several health benefits because this type of food is rich in protein and vitamin B. Non-vegetarian food strengthens our muscles and helps them grow faster. However, we suggest eating twice a week and to avoid red meat. We would not recommend processed and packaged foods.
8. Why should I exercise?
Exercise is a great way to improve mood, overall health benefits, weight control, stress reliever, increases energy, improves sleep and keeps joints, ligaments and tendons more flexible.
9. Does losing sleep gain weight?
Yes, this happens very frequently. When you lose sleep for consecutive days, it results in hormonal imbalance (Ghrelin-hormone that makes you eat more) and (Leptin- satiety hormone), which leads to weight gain. So, getting a good night’s sleep is essential for losing weight.
10. Can I include one cheat meal in my diet regime?
A good general rule when utilizing food and diet cheats is to stick with one meal. A cheat day can really lead to overeating. You can reward yourself with a cheat meal once a week; treat this as an award for your consistent efforts.
11. How much water should I drink?
Your water needs vary based on your gender, the weather, overall health, activity levels, etc. We recommend 2.5-3.5 litre of water a day for an average healthy adult. Have a glass of water 15-30 min before your meal and 15-30 min after your meal.
12. Can my family follow the same meal which you have suggested?
Why not! You can definitely eat the same food with your family, but make sure you follow the portion size as advised, because the rest of the people in your family may have the different portion size food. Eating together is a great way to happiness.
13. How do I track water in the app?
This feature is available in the app. In the water row that appears on your home screen, simply tap on that and the “+” icon. The default serving size is 250 ml. You can also set your daily water target.
14. How do I track Diet Plan?
In the Diet row that appears on your home screen, simply tap on it and you will get to see the diet suggested for the particular day. So you have to just click on the “+” icon. Doing so will track food items for the serving size selected, and it will be tracked.
15. How is my sleep duration calculated?
Your calculated sleep duration is the amount of time between when you went to bed and when you woke up, minus the amount of time you were awake during the night. We recommend 7-9 hrs of sleep every day.
16. Can pregnant women join OneFitPlus to focus on healthy habits?
At this time, we don’t have a program that would meet the needs of pregnant women. However, once you've given birth and your physician has given you the go-ahead to join OneFitPlus, we'd be thrilled to help you build healthy habits for yourself and your family.
17. Do OneFitPlus recommend supplements or crash diets?
We at OneFitPlus believe in healthy practices and encourage our users not to follow crash, restrictive diets, and instead opt for healthy weight loss, weight gain and increase stamina goals. Our Health coaches understand the lifestyle challenges, food preferences, allergies, and other key details to create a personalized diet plan that fits in their lifestyle and is sustainable.
